Shared spaces include the living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as hallways, the half bathroom and the shared bathroom. The kitchen has a new induction cook top and a large refrigerator. There is a deep freezer in the unfinished basement and a second refrigerator. Also in the basement are a washer and dryer.

Shared areas are everyone’s responsibility but to make your busy lives easier they are cleaned biweekly by our friendly cleaning lady.
